It may not be my cup of tea, but I know a huge national act when I see one, with that said, when I heard PitBull was coming back to El Paso on 22 February at The El Paso County Coliseum, I was quick to
reach out and get approved, you see, I’ve had the pleasure of covering him before in 2015 with Enrique Iglesias on the Sex and Love Tour at the Don Haskins Center, so I knew what to expect.
Pitbull has sold over 100 million albums worldwide, 11 albums in 15 years, his style of Latin Hip Hop / Reggaeton / Latin Dance Music has produced 143 award nominations, from Favorite Male Artist to Latin
Song Writer of the Year, from Billboard to Teen Choice and to his credit, he’s won 46 of those awards, not bad for a guy who calls himself Mr. 305 and Mr. Worldwide and he’s only 39 years old.

He hit the stage at 8:40 to an El Paso crowd of over 5000 and boy, were they ready to party, even though it was all seated to the front, for the next two hours everyone was on their feet dancing to hits
such as Fireball, Don’t Stop The Party and On The Floor. Pitbull is a true entertainer and showman, his band was tight and his 10 dancers were all on point,
interacting with the audience at times speaking in Spanish, really got this crowd worked up in a delightful frenzy. In closing, my second time covering him and make no mistake, he never fails to deliver.
